Why do I need skiing insoles ?

A skier good foot-position is the key to their stability, as much as their ski performance. The better the body's weight is spread evenly along the skier’s foot, the better the control and the energy gain they will benefit from having customized insoles. The insoles stabilize the foot, they increase the ski boots comfort, help with the cold, and help with the pins and needles feeling, allowing a better skiing performance. The insole will stop the back and forth movement of the foot by keeping the heel at the back of the ski boot.
The foot's arch acts as a blood pump to the body. Its immobilization will improve the skier’s leg vascularisation, and reduces shin, ankle, and under foot pain.
